SP Game Used Hockey brings the goods

2014-15 Upper Deck SP Game Used Hockey hits the ice next week and UD recently shared some sweet preview pics on their blog and Facebook page. Here’s some of our favorites:

Fresh batch of rookie content

SP Game Used provides one of the first opportunities to grab autograph and memorabilia content from some of this year’s exciting crop of rookies and prospects, including “Johnny Hockey” Johnny Gaudreau, Jonathan Drouin, Aaron Ekblad, Sam Reinhart, Anthony Duclair, Leon Draisaitl and Curtis Lazar.

Tons of outdoor game relics

Upper Deck collected just about everything from last year’s Winter Classic, Stadium Series and Heritage Classic to pack in this year’s SP Game Used. You can find pieces of jerseys, patches, nets, puck, net skirts and more. These cards also use excellent images from the events the relics were taken from and of the players that wore them.

Sticks, Gloves and Skates, oh my!

While the concept of stick cards isn’t new, we haven’t seen too many cards using pieces of hockey gloves and skates.
