Many of Dave & Adam’s Card World employees are huge fans of the NBC series American Ninja Warrior. For the first time in seven seasons the show was able to crown a champion that completed all four stages of the contest. In fact, TWO people were able to do it. Geoff Britten of Maryland was the first to complete the grueling task as he finished the final stage by climbing a 75-foot rope in just under 30 seconds. Isaac Caldiero made it to the top of Mt. Midoriyama as well, to become the second contestant to achieve the show’s ultimate goal.
Caldiero finished the final rope climb three seconds faster than Britten did, and was crowned champion, which earned him the top prize of one million dollars. Britten received nothing from the show’s producers for his accomplishment.
Dave & Adam’s wants to help correct this. We have started a campaign on GoFundMe campaign to help raise money for Geoff and his family. We made an initial donation of $500 to help start the cause.
