DACW Live announces impressive schedule of group breaks for National

DACW Live will be hitting the road for next month’s National Sports Collectors Convention in Chicago. They will be setting up shop inside the Case Break Pavilion at the National starting Wednesday, July 28 through Sunday, August 2. All of their breaks during the show will also be live streamed on the DACW Live page and Breakers.TV.

The DACW “2 Live Crew” has just posted their first batch of breaks for the National, and you can start reserving your spots now. They have gone through our inventory and pulled out some special products that will be sure to grab the attention of collectors at the show and watching from home.

Headlining the schedule are case breaks of two of the biggest hockey releases of the last 20 years, 2005-06 and 2007-08 Upper Deck The Cup Hockey.

2005-06 The Cup Hockey features the stellar double rookie class that came after the lockout season, including the two biggest superstars to make their NHL debut in the 21st century, Sidney Crosby and Alexander Ovechkin. 05-06 Cup also holds RPAs for Henrik Lundqvist, Corey Perry, Ryan Getzlaf, Dion Phaneuf, Cam Ward, Thomas Vanek, Zach Parise, Valtteri Filppula, Jeff Carter and Brent Seabrook. Collectors that buy in to this break will have a chance to land rookie cards for these players that have become household names around the NHL.

As an added bonus DACW Live will also be giving away autographed jerseys of Crosby and Ovechkin during the break. Each jersey will be given away via a random draw of all slot holders. Prize winners do not need to be present at the National to win.

With the National being held in Chicago again we thought it would be a perfect time to do a break of 2007-08 Upper Deck The Cup Hockey. That set holds rookie cards of the two faces of the Chicago Blackhawks’ run of three Stanley Cups in six seasons, Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane. 07-08 The Cup also has rookie cards of Carey Price, Nicklas Backstrom, Milan Lucic, Tukka Rask, Ryan Callahan and Bobby Ryan.

The prizes up for grabs during the 07-08 The Cup Hockey case break also have a Chicago theme as DACW Live will give away three hockey pucks autographed by Jonathan Toews and three pucks signed by Patrick Kane. The hockey puck giveaway will be done by random draw from everyone that purchases a slot in the break, and winners do not need to be present at the National to win.

DACW Live will be cracking additional cases of The Cup Hockey from previous years during the National, plus cases of National Treasures Football, Basketball and Baseball. They will be adding more breaks to the schedule as we get closer to the show, and even more breaks will be announced once we get to Chicago.
