Dave & Adam’s receives Bizrate Circle of Excellence Platinum Award

Dave & Adam’s is proud to announce we have received the 2015 Bizrate® Circle of Excellence Platinum Award. This is the seventh year in a row we have earned this honor that recognizes online retailers that have provided outstanding online customer experiences throughout the previous 12 months.

Dave & Adam’s was one of only 86 online retailers to receive this distinguished award. According to Bizrate, the Circle of Excellence is a distinction earned by retailers who go above and beyond the norm to provide exceptional service to their online customers. What makes this Award special is that it is based on real customer feedback. All winners received top satisfaction scores from their customers throughout the year. The award period for the 2015 Award was August 1, 2014 through July 31, 2015.

We are proud that we can provide our customers with such exceptional customer service and we look forward to continuing to deliver that level of service for many years to come.
