Dave & Adam’s receives Bizrate Circle of Excellence Platinum Award

We here at Dave & Adam’s Card World are patting ourselves on the back today because we have received the 2014 Bizrate® Circle of Excellence Platinum Award. This is the sixth year in a row we have earned this honor that recognizes online retailers that have provided outstanding online customer experiences throughout the previous 12 months.

Dave & Adam’s was one of only 80 online retailers to receive this distinguished award. According to Bizrate the Circle of Excellence is a distinction earned by retailers who go above and beyond the norm to provide exceptional service to their online customers. What makes this Award special is that it is based on real customer feedback. All winners received top satisfaction scores from their customers throughout the year. The award period for the 2014 Award was August 1, 2013 through July 31, 2014.

We are proud that we can provide our customers with such exceptional customer service and we look forward to continuing to deliver that level of service for many years to come. Every one at Dave & Adam’s would also like to thank our customers for their honest feedback that helps us to improve our practices.
