Welcome back to another round of The Best Box Break Hits of the Week from the DACW Live Lounge and our team of breakers. Our breaks are streamed live through Twitch, encouraging participants to interact during the break and are always a fun time; when a great card gets pulled, we can’t help but get excited ourselves! That’s the beauty of box breaks – you never know what you’ll get and you can’t help but feel a little adrenaline rush every time there’s a pull. Follow along here on the blog as we will be recapping and showcasing some of the best pulls each week.
So without further ado, here are some of the awesome, rare, and more valuable cards from our box breaks this past week:
We’ll start this edition of the blog with a common face around these parts – Auston Matthews. This particular entry is the 2016/17 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Rookie Signatures Autograph numbered 47/49! Look for his cards to get even hotter (if that’s even possible) if the Maple Leafs win a playoff series or two this Spring.
Switching over to basketball, how about not but TWO Karl-Anthony Towns 2015 Panini Contenders Draft Picks Cracked Ice Autos! A great couple of cards from the former Kentucky standout and Timberwolves First Overall Pick!
Finishing off the week of hits with a few football cards – Mitch Trubisky, Kareem Hunt and a couple of fish…no wait it’s a mammal remember Ace Ventura!
Pretty nice pair of one of ones from the Dolphins Jarvis Landry and Julius Thomas courtesy of 2017 Panini National Treasures. But then we also have Kareem Hunt from the Kansas City Chiefs and this beauty one of one tag patch auto! Who would have thought Hunt would be wearing a larger jersey than a tight end the size of Thomas!?
Finishing things off from the National Treasures breaks are a couple of cards from 2nd Overall Pick and Chicago Bears Quarterback Mitch Trubisky. Two auto patch booklets one featuring a ‘K’ letter patch and the other a part of the number ’10’ patch. Two absolutely sick booklets here!
It was another great week of hits for our breakers in the lounge. If you want to get in on the action (and you know you do!) check out our box break schedule for more information on upcoming breaks. If you are new to breaking and have some questions still just head over to our box break FAQ for answers to pretty much anything!
