Big day on Wednesday with a bevy of sports and companies supplying you some end of summer heat, especially that Select football right before the regular season gets underway!

Wednesday, August 24

Football

Arguably the most popular release this week is 2021 Panini Select Football on Wednesday.

Y’all may have had a chance to see the FOTL stuff out there, so you know what to look out for in this year’s Select.

Quite the addition to 2021 Select is the XRC’s being live in the product. That’s right, that means no XRC redemptions for some of the first cards of the 2022 NFL Draft class.

Also, look for hobby-exclusive parallels and inserts, including Phenomenon, Snapshots, Sensations, and the new Artistic Selections, Firestorm, Future Franchise, and Color Wheel.

Each box contains two autographs, one memorabilia card, ten silver prizms, five other prizms, and six inserts.

Baseball

Next up on the diamond this Wednesday is 2022 Topps Clearly Authentic Baseball.

If you love some Archives Signature Series, this is your product.

Each box contains one encased, on-card auto per box. Topps says there’s 1987 and 1955 Topps design autographs, alongside Generation Now and Topps Tek inserts.

Collectors can also find rainbow of randomly inserted color parallels, and rare case hits deliver signers on iconic designs reimagined for luminescent technology.

Basketball

I thought Topps Inception baseball was a fun open earlier in the season.

Topps is back with Inception but hitting the hardcourt with 2021/22 Topps Inception Overtime Elite Basketball.

It’s the first-ever autograph/relic hybrid product for Overtime Elite.

Each box will contain two autographs or autograph relic cards. Keep an eye out for base set parallels. You can also find book auto cards.

Entertainment

The Spider-Man Metal Universe is slinging onto shelves on Wednesday. 

Upper Deck says it merges throwback inspiration with new thematic designs to showcase Spider-Man.

 Each box contains three Gold Fx parallels, one numbered base or high series, two grandiose parallels, and one palladium card.

Parallels include Gold, Red PMG, Green PMG, Orange, Turquoise, Pink, and Purple.

Topps is also giving Garbage Pail Kids Series 4 a fresh coat of chrome with this year’s release.

2021 Garbage Pail Kids Chrome will include rare artist autograph cards, C-Name variations, and exclusive parallels.

Friday, August 26

Racing

For our automobile fans we have 2022 Panini Chronicles Racing.

Here you’re going to get eight cards per pack, and six packs box. This will include three autographs per box, as well as, one piece of memorabilia.
