Happy birthday, Stan Lee!

Stan Lee, the co-creator of some of the greatest comic book characters of all-time including, Spider-Man, the Hulk, Iron Man and the Fantastic Four, turns 93 years old today (December 28). Lee’s creations helped to launch the Silver Age of comic books and turned Marvel Comics into the massive publishing giant that it is today.

Many of Lee’s comic book creations transcended from ink and paper to the big screen to produce multi-million dollar movie franchises. Lee himself has appeared in many of these movies in a cameo or minor role. He has over 20 film credits in the last 15 years alone.

Happy birthday, Stan! We hope you live to be 100 and for many years beyond that. Your legacy will live forever in the characters you’ve created. Excelsior!
