Chicago Show and Buying Update

I just got back from the Chicago show last week where we had a nice Dave and Adam’s booth set up. I was able to acquire some stuff on my way down to the show from Buffalo, as well as buying from a few collectors at the show. All in all, I was able to spend just over twenty-five thousand dollars on quality products for the site. We have just put most of this in inventory and it’s now for sale.

Some of the highlights of my purchases:

• 1979/80 O-Pee-Chee Wax Hockey Box – This is a just an awesome and very rare box. Some have called it the holy grail of modern hockey boxes with Gretzky’s Rookie Card.

• 2 1980/81 Topps Basketball Wax Boxes – rookie year of Magic Johnson and Larry Bird
• 2 skids of 1980’s wax cases, rack cases, and vending cases.
