Baseball season has come and gone. The Texas Rangers will head into the winter months as World Series champions for the first time in franchise history.
Despite no baseball being played on the fields for a few months, baseball never sleeps in the hobby.
Topps announced that they are bringing back the MVP Buyback program for the 2023 season, and Dave & Adam’s is proud to announce that they will be participating in the endeavor, once again.
If you don’t know, the MVP Buyback program gives collectors store credit if they pull one of this seasons’ MVPs from 2023 Topps Chrome Baseball or 2023 Topps Chrome Logofractor Baseball.
Last year, any collector that submitted cards of American League MVP Aaron Judge and/or National League MVP Paul Goldschmidt received credit ranging from $20 to $200.
This year, Topps put an interesting twist on the MVP Buyback by announcing it during the season, adding a prospecting aspect to the program.
The year has finished, and for those collectors who held on to their Shohei Ohtani and Ronald Acuna Jr. cards, it has paid off.

Collectors can submit their Topps Chrome or Topps Chrome Logofractor cards of the AL MVP Ohtani or NL MVP Acuna Jr. to the Dave & Adam’s retail store, 8075 Sheridan Dr., Williamsville, NY.
For collectors who don’t live near a hobby shop, you can fill out an online submission form to receive website credit to dacardworld.com.
Base cards of Ohtani and Acuna will net collectors $20 in credit; refractors will net $40; cards numbered greater than 100 will net $100 in credit; and any card numbered less than 100 will garner $200 in credit.
